Manage check-in/out, leaves, work-from-home, holidays, and attendance export.
Holidays, WFH dates and weekends are per-region. A finance or admin user sees and manages the holidays, WFH dates and weekend dates for their own effective region only, resolved from their regionLabel with the main-office fallback.
This applies to /api/attendance/holidays, /api/company/wfh and /api/company/weekends. Companies with no region configured stay company-wide, as does a region that holds no approved members.

Returns a CSV file (.csv) with Content-Type: text/csv and a Content-Disposition attachment header. The body is UTF-8 with a BOM and CRLF line endings so Excel opens the rupee sign and accented names correctly.
Region scope: the finance role only receives members from its own effective region, and the region is included in the filename. admin and human-resource receive the whole company, project-manager and qa-tester receive their own teams, and everyone else receives only themselves. When the requester's region holds no members, the export falls back to company-wide.
